surgery

Well Tracy is out of surgery and the doctor said she did real well, if that is possible to do when you are having something removed from you body. He said that her goll bladder was pretty full of stones but he did not find any hernia's in the area that he was operating in.
Tracy went into the O.R. @ 7:30 am and I was told she was out and in post op @ 9:30 or so. The nurse told me that she was in alot of pain and she would be coming to her room soon. They brought her in about an hour later.
when she came in she looked pretty tired and sore and the nurse told me that she would be able to go home as soon as she was able to wake up and be more alert and then she would have to use the rest room just to make sure her bladder was OK and that there would be no problems...

Let the waiting game begin......

So I watched her sleep for hours while the nurses kept coming in trying to get rid of her. (the nerve)
OK maybe that was a little harsh but that was my perspective of what was going on. They really did take good care or my sweet heart.

OK maybe there was a T.V. but I could only watch it with the closed captions on and it really sucks trying to watch TV with captions on a 12" screen from across the room.
Any who long story short.... All the things got checked off the "go home" list and we finally made it home @ 6:00pm.

Tracy is now in her own bed and resting not so comfortably, but resting.

I MUST GIVE A "BIG" SHOUT OUT TO GRANDMA AND GRANDPA BALMFORTH FOR WATCHING THE "LITTLE LOADS" We really do appreciate all you guys do for us.

WE LOVE YOU ALL...
